Jay O'Neill is an experienced manager in application support and technical services, currently serving as the Manager of Application Support at Intrado since July 2020. Prior to this role, O'Neill had a long tenure at AT&T from 1998 to March 2019, where positions included Area Manager overseeing advanced technical support teams, Principal in Advanced Technical Support managing network monitoring tools, Senior Technical Support Manager resolving issues for the USAN Enhanced Toll-Free platform, and Associate Director for Long Distance Service Design focused on voice products.
