Robert Sergi started their career in 2001 at TELUS as a Customer Service Manager, before moving on to Webhelp in 2004 as a Client Service Manager. In 2005, they joined Intrado and held various roles including Manager, Call Center Operations, Director Technical Services, Senior Director Operations, and finally, Vice President Operations in 2017.
Robert Sergi attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
