Aldo Paoletti has extensive experience in IT governance and strategic outsourcing, currently serving in IT Governance at Poste Italiane since June 2014. Earlier roles include IT Governance at Postepay, and Strategic Outsourcing Lead at Xchanging, where responsibilities involved qualifying business opportunities and finalizing BPO and ITO deals for the Italian market. Aldo also held the position of Outsourcing Lead for Turkey, the Middle East, and Greece at Accenture, focusing on application development and maintenance outsourcing for large corporations across multiple sectors. With a strong background in management and technology consulting, particularly in the media and telecommunications industries, Aldo has been involved in business process reengineering, IT strategy, and large transformation programs. Aldo holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Laurea in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
