Alfonso Ioimo

Alfonso Ioimo has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management within the financial, energy, and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sistemi di Funzionamento e Compliance Integrata at PostePay since July 2017, Alfonso oversees complex initiatives related to due diligence and implementation tasks, as well as leading HR and compliance efforts. With a tenure at Poste Italiane since 2002, responsibilities have included program management and strategic project coordination. Previous roles encompass managing compliance reporting, performance management, and organizational processes. Alfonso began career as a consultant at Accenture and has held leadership positions at BLU Telefonia Mobile and Praxi Spa, following a degree in Economics from the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’.
