Cappelli Massimo has extensive experience in the fields of cyber security and consulting. Currently, Cappelli works at Poste Italiane in the CERT & Cyber Security department since October 2016 and serves at GC-SEC Global Cyber Security Center since June 2011, focusing on budget planning and HR activities. Prior to these roles, Cappelli was an Associate at Booz & Company from 2006 to June 2011, where responsibilities included developing Open Source Intelligence capabilities, risk assessment methodologies, and information security governance. Additional roles included working as a Senior Consultant for project development in risk and crisis management and as a chartered accountant at Studio commercialista Furlan and Studio commercialista De Luca. Academically, Cappelli earned a PhD in Geographical Economics from Università degli Studi di Trieste and a Master in Intelligence and Security Studies from the University of Malta, along with extensive foundational education in economics.
