Iole Luongo

Iole Luongo has extensive experience in both the finance and hospitality sectors. Since February 2016, Iole has held various roles at Poste Italiane, including Referente di comparto-Finanziamenti, Sales Planner - Specialista Pianificazione Commerciale, and Specialista Consulente Finanziario. Prior to this, Iole worked in the food service industry from June 2007 to October 2015, managing customer relations, service quality, and overseeing kitchen and bar operations while leading small teams. Additionally, Iole gained experience as a Mistery Client at KOI research from January 2015 to May 2015, focusing on data collection regarding service quality for leading brands. Academic qualifications include a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze Statistiche ed Attuariali from Università degli Studi del Sannio, earned between 2011 and 2015, along with tutoring responsibilities at the same university.
