Luca Lanetta is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR development, talent management, change management, and digital HR. Currently serving as the Head of Group HR Development at Poste Italiane since April 2021, Luca previously held key positions such as Head of Group People Management and Recruiting at Gruppo Bancario Cooperativo Iccrea, and Head of Group Organizational Development & Change Management at Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. Extensive experience also includes leadership roles at ACEA SPA, InfoCert, and Fiat Spa, as well as a start-up venture in the ERP sector. Luca's educational qualifications include an Executive Program from IMD, a Master in Innovation Management from Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, and a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio'​ di Chieti.
