Marco Michelozzi has extensive experience in IT operations, having held various positions at Poste Italiane since December 2003. Currently serving as IT Operations Team Leader, Marco oversees a team managing the complex contact center platforms used for customer assistance across business and retail sectors. Previous roles include Project Manager IT, where responsibilities included managing customer service projects and mobile device management platforms; Contract & Demand Manager, focusing on service contracts and performance metrics; Technical Manager, specializing in digital communication solutions; and System/Network Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the configuration and management of LAN/WAN networks and IT platforms. Marco's early career included a position as an intern at Poste Italiane and a thesis internship at H3G. Marco holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, completed in 2003, and attended Liceo Scientifico from 1991 to 1996.
