Sergio Bonanno

Service Quality

Sergio Bonanno has extensive experience in application management and project management, with a current role in Service Quality at Poste Italiane since January 2012, focusing on the Service Delivery Platform. Prior to this, significant experience includes Project Manager at GM Servizi, overseeing two major projects for INPDAP, including the implementation of a web-based social insurance project. Additional roles include functional testing for TIM Italia, analysis and programming at ISTAT and Kedrios, and contributions to various television and media projects. Sergio Bonanno holds a degree in Sociology from Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo and furthered education through the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School.
