Jake Battle

Jake Battle is currently a Lead Software Engineer at PostEra, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they served as VP of Technology at Fixer from 2017 to 2023, where they built and managed a team of engineers while personally developing core products. Before that, Jake held several other positions, including VP of Engineering at GrubHub Inc. from 2009 to 2016 and Technical Architect at both Cars.com and Classified Ventures from 2003 to 2009. Jake began their career as a Consultant at Sapient from 1996 to 2001 and later worked as a Sr. Staff Engineer at Civis Analytics from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
