Posterity Ciderworks is a husband-wife owned cidery based in Mokelumne Hill, CA. Their natural ciders appear on James Beard and Michelin Star award-winning beverage lists throughout California. Using locally foraged ingredients and California apples, pears, and quinces, all of their ciders are fermented dry, naturally gluten free, and contain no added dyes, artificial flavors, or added sulfites. Their passion is using fruit from old orchards and homesteads throughout Calaveras, Tuolumne, and Amador counties. Learn more at PosterityCiderworks.com

EVERY BOTTLE TELLS A STORY
One of our values is a commitment to locality and sense of place. From 150 year old homestead orchards with towering trees to wild & beloved solitary trees growing in canyons and Sierra meadows, some of the varieties and places we want to share with you can’t produce more than a handful of bottles.
