Chandra Singh has a work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Chandra co-founded and currently works at Posterity Consulting (P) Ltd since July 2012, where they are responsible for talent acquisition and HR consulting for their customers. Prior to that, they worked at Alp Consulting Ltd from February 2004 to June 2012, holding the position of Senior Manager and Operations Head for Delhi/NCR.
Chandra Singh completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Agra University in 2001. Singh then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Human Resources and Sales/Marketing from IISE-NBA Accredited, completing it in 2003. In 2014, Singh obtained a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling & Personality Assessment from Indra Gandhi National Open University. In the same year, Singh also completed a Post Graduate program in Labor Law (Industrial Relations) from the Indian Law Institute (University) under the Ministry of Law-GOI.
