Bilal Abbas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Data Entry Operator at Manhattan Data until July 2020. In 2020, they joined CX Connect as a Customer Service Representative and stayed until September 2021. In 2021, Bilal joined H3 Technologies (Pvt.) Limited as a Business Development Executive for a brief period from October to November. From November 2021 to March 2022, they worked as a Customer Service Executive at PostEx before transitioning to the role of Key Account Executive from March to April 2022. In May 2022, they became the Project Incharge at PostEx and eventually progressed to the position of Lead Client Relationship Supervisor in June 2022.

Bilal Abbas began their education in 2012 at Gulistan Shah Abdul Latif School, where they obtained their Matriculation degree in 2016. After completing their Matric, they enrolled in Govt. Islamia Arts & Commerce College, graduating in 2018 with an Intermediate degree in Business/Commerce, General. Currently, Bilal is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting at Karachi University, starting in 2019.
