Alessia Muster

Alessia Muster is currently a Subject Matter Expert in Process Management at PostFinance, where they have held various roles since 2018, including Specialist for ATMs and Deputy Head of Customer Service for ATMs. Prior to this, Alessia worked at the Steuerverwaltung des Kantons Bern as a Tax Assessment Officer and at the Ausgleichskasse des Kantons Bern as a Benefits Officer. Alessia holds an Eidg. Fachausweis as a Leadership Specialist from Feusi Bildungszentrum and an Eidg. Fachausweis in Business Organization from NBW Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung. They completed their secondary education at Wirtschaftsmittelschule Bern.
