Flavia Schmidlin-Buser

Flavia Schmidlin-Buser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Flavia started their career at PwC as a Trainee from September 2011 to June 2012. Flavia then joined Baloise Group, where they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager from July 2012 to August 2016, and later as a Campaign Manager from September 2016 to October 2019. Since November 2019, Flavia has been with PostFinance, initially serving as a Market Manager for segments development corporate clients until February 2021, and subsequently as the Head of Market & Commercial Management Billing Solutions starting from March 2021.

Flavia Schmidlin-Buser has a diverse education history. Flavia completed a Bachelor of Science ZFH in Kommunikation at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Online Communication and Marketing from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Flavia further enhanced their skills by obtaining a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in July 2020.

Flavia has also pursued various specialized courses at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. From 2020 to 2023, they are pursuing a MAS Digital Excellence for Financial Services. Additionally, they completed a CAS Fintech & Blockchain Economy in 2022. Flavia focused on digital leadership in the field of study and completed a CAS Digital Leadership program in 2021. Similarly, they engaged in the CAS Digital Finance program from 2020 to 2021.

Furthermore, Flavia attended the Berufsbildungsverband der Versicherungswirtschaft in 2015, where they acquired the certification of Versicherungsvermittlerin VBV, specializing in Versicherungswesen (insurance industry).
