Flavio Haldi

Flavio Haldi has a solid work experience in the field of intelligent automation and business consulting. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as an Application Manager at PostFinance. Flavio then took on multiple roles at PostFinance, including Lead Developer Robotics Process Automation, Scrum Master, and Agile Catalyst from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Product Owner for Robotics Process Automation and Solution Product Owner for the Automation Center of Excellence. In 2022, they joined AKROS AG as the Head of Intelligent Automation Services, where they developed a new service offering, recruited a consulting team, and created marketing strategies. In 2023, they returned to PostFinance as a Scrum Master and Delivery Team Lead.

Flavio Haldi has an extensive education history. Flavio obtained their Executive MBA with a focus on Innovative Business Creation from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, which they attended from 2021 to 2024. Additionally, they earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Führung from the same institution in 2023-2024. Flavio also pursued various other CAS programs at Berner Fachhochschule BFH, including Business Model Innovation from 2022 to 2023, Betriebswirtschaft im Technologieumfeld in 2022, and Innovation from 2021 to 2022.

Prior to their time at Berner Fachhochschule BFH, Flavio completed a Dipl. Wirtschaftsinformatiker HF degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from ipso Bildung between 2016 and 2018. Flavio also holds a degree in Informatiker EFZ with a specialization in Applikationsentwicklung from gibb Berufsfachschule Bern, which they earned from 2004 to 2008.

Flavio Haldi has further enhanced their professional skills through various certifications. Flavio obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist (Leading SAFe) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023, and they completed the Entrepreneurial Leadership & Innovation program at Babson College in March 2023. Additionally, they hold the Professional Scrum Master I (PSMI) certification from Scrum.org, obtained in June 2019. Flavio also holds certifications in Business English (Business English Certificate Vantage) from Cambridge Assessment English in September 2018, Certified Professional for Requirements Engineer Foundation Level from IREB GmbH in April 2018, and ITIL V3 Foundation Examination from ITIL Foundation in November 2012.
