John Vallon possesses extensive experience in the finance and tax reporting sectors, currently serving in the Investment Center for SME Digital Asset Trading at PostFinance since October 2022, where the Digital Asset offering includes trading and custody for 16 cryptocurrencies, as well as staking services. Vallon is also a member of the Bitcoin Association Switzerland since February 2025. Prior to this, Vallon held several positions at Vontobel, including Deputy Head of Transactional Tax & Regulatory Reporting and Junior Expert in Transactional Tax from November 2018 to July 2022. Earlier career experiences include roles at Julius Baer in client tax reporting and as a Final Withholding Tax Administrator at PostFinance AG. Education was completed at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
