Mandy Pössel

Mandy Pössel has extensive experience in digital product and project management, particularly in the Swiss postal sector. From September 2013 to May 2019, Mandy worked at Die Schweizerische Post, focusing on the development and optimization of electronic products using agile project management methodologies, including conducting customer surveys and collaborating with IT on user stories. Prior to that, from January 2012 to August 2013, Mandy was involved in product and project management at Swiss Post Solutions AG, where responsibilities included defining project goals and managing schedules and budgets.
