Manuel Gwerder

Manuel Gwerder serves as the Head of Corporate Governance at PostFinance Ltd since January 2014, overseeing governance functions related to regulatory authority relations, stakeholder management, and compliance. Gwerder's extensive experience includes roles as Corporate Secretary, where duties involved supporting the Board of Directors and managing relations with the Executive Board, and Corporate Counsel, acting as the main contact for supervising authorities and regulatory compliance. Prior to their tenure at PostFinance, Gwerder held various lecturing positions in business administration, economics, and law, and worked as a freelancing author. Gwerder holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Services and Communication Management from the University of St. Gallen, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Capital Market Law from the University of Bern, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Berner Fachhochschule BFH.
