Martina Mattmann

Martina Mattmann is a People Development Specialist at PostFinance, with a tenure that began in February 2019. In this role, Martina has also served in capacities such as Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung and Recruiting Partner, in addition to an internship focused on Employer Branding. Prior to this position, Martina gained experience as an HR Intern in Recruiting at Stryker from September 2018 to January 2019. Educationally, Martina holds a Master of Science in Psychology, obtained from the University of Bern between 2020 and 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, also from the University of Bern, completed from 2015 to 2018.
