Patrick Haffter

Patrick Haffter is an experienced program manager and IT leader with a strong background in efficiency improvement, customer order management, and agile transformation. Currently at PostFinance since September 2014, Patrick has held various roles, including Program Manager for Efficiency Improvement Measures and Customer Order Management, as well as Head of Solution Services Delivery Factory IT & Operations. Prior experience includes roles at UBS, where Patrick managed the implementation of a global staff vetting program and led product management and software development initiatives. Patrick's extensive career began at Credit Suisse, where roles included Program Manager for the Functional Separation of Credit Suisse Group and Head of Products, followed by leadership positions at Zurich Financial Services and UBS. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Experimental Physics and an Executive MBA from University of St. Gallen, complemented by foundational education in physics and Matura Typus C.
