Ron Schneider is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation, human resources, and sales leadership within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer and a member of the executive management team at PostFinance since 2010, Ron has overseen various strategic initiatives, including the redesign of retail service models and the implementation of business intelligence practices.
