Stephen Frost

Stephen Frost is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in database management and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Data Engineer at Noblis since May 2024, Stephen has also held significant roles including Vice President at Software in the Public Interest, Inc. since August 2019, and Major Contributor at PostgreSQL Global Development Group since August 2003. Previously, Stephen was the Chief Technology Officer at Crunchy Data Solutions, Inc. from August 2014 to May 2024, and served as President of the United States PostgreSQL Association from March 2018 to June 2021. With a robust background in database performance analysis and management, Stephen held positions such as Principal Database Engineer at Resonate and Director of the Noblis Innovation and Collaboration Center. Stephen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College.
