Hector Rodriguez

Hector Rodriguez is a legal professional with expertise in advising high-growth technology companies and venture capital funds, focusing on venture capital financings, corporate governance, and liquidity transactions. Currently serving in the Legal & Compliance department at PostHog since April 2025, Hector previously worked as a Senior Associate in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from September 2017 to March 2025. Hector's experience also includes roles as Managing Associate and Associate in the same group, as well as a Summer Associate position where responsibilities included drafting corporate documents and conducting due diligence.
