Mark Deubel

Mark Deubel is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at PostHog since August 2025, Mark is responsible for identifying and recruiting future talent for the organization. In addition, Mark has been a public speaker, podcast host, and aspiring author with Doobles since March 2020, leveraging two decades of engineering experience and over seven years in talent acquisition to adopt a technical, data-driven, and human-centric approach.
