Ryan McCrary

Ryan McCrary is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in technical and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Technical Account Manager at PostHog since August 2025, Ryan has also operated as the Owner of Mountain Goat, a cafe, bar, and bike shop in Greenville that offers support to at-risk students. Prior experience includes positions at RudderStack, where Ryan progressed from Principal Sales Engineer to Senior Product Manager, focusing on customer solutions and technical challenges. At Pocus, Ryan was the Head of Customer Engineering, and previously, at MoonClerk, Ryan was a full-stack developer. As the founder and Executive Director of GOAT, an organization focused on outdoor adventure trips, Ryan led vision, strategy, and fundraising efforts. Early career roles include Print Production Coordinator at the bounce agency and Outdoor Recreation Intern at Peak 7 Adventures. Ryan holds a BS in Graphic Communications from Clemson University, completed in 2007.
