Sunila Kai

Sunila Kai is currently the Head of PMO at Posti Group Oyj, where they lead strategic programs and project methodology for Postal Services. Previously, Sunila served as a Program Director and Consulting Services Director at CGI and held significant IT leadership roles at Microsoft and Nokia, where they focused on operations improvement, lean manufacturing, and organizational change management. Sunila's extensive experience includes managing large-scale projects across multiple industries, such as telecommunications and manufacturing, both in North America and globally. They hold an MSc in Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and a Diploma in Business Studies from Dublin Business School.
