Lena Boueri

Lena began her career combining her finance training and love of financials as a top-notch investment banker for Bear Stearns and JP Morgan, based in New York City’s financial district. She joined the Operations and Finance team at Postlight in 2021 with over 20 years of experience spanning finance, project management, and leadership disciplines within the higher financial services industry.

Before joining Postlight, Lena was the CEO of Boueri Freight Services, an international freight forwarding company in the MENA region. She negotiated multiple contracts with international organizations such as the World Bank, the IFC, the state department, and several embassies, doubling their client portfolio and increasing profits by more than 45% within three years.

As Postlight’s Senior Director of Operations and Finance, Lena provides strategic leadership for the company’s operations and finance functions, overseeing budget and financial planning, financial reporting, accounting, and operations management.
