Aaron Down is an experienced recruitment professional and business leader, serving as the Founder and Director of Down To Recruit since January 2014, specializing in hiring top Sales, GTM, and Recruitment talent across North America. Currently, Aaron holds the position of Senior Recruiter at Postman, responsible for Sales and GTM recruiting in the EMEA territory, with a focus on Enterprise Sales talent in key European regions. Previously, Aaron also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Grafana Labs and held roles in business development and sales management at Stryker and Spencer Harrington, respectively. Aaron earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Birmingham.
