Kelsey Walker

Kelsey Walker is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Senior Commercial Counsel and Head of Commercial Legal at Postman since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Cutover from March 2023 to June 2024 and held various positions at Signifyd from March 2021 to March 2023, including Lead Commercial Counsel and Commercial Counsel. Kelsey also served as Director, Legal Counsel at Equinox for a brief period in early 2021 and worked as Corporate Counsel at Blink Fitness from March 2019 to December 2020. Kelsey's earlier experience includes roles at New York Community Bank where Kelsey advanced from Law Clerk to Assistant Vice President, Staff Attorney specializing in Corporate Governance and Contracts from May 2014 to March 2019. Kelsey began the legal career as a Legal Intern at the Law Offices of Erica T. Yitzhak and completed an internship at Clerksroom Chambers in London in 2013. Kelsey holds a Juris Doctor degree with an International Law Honors Concentration from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and English from the University of Virginia.
