Manu Joshi

Manu Joshi is the Executive Assistant & Program Manager to CTO at Postman. Prior to joining Postman, Manu worked as the Executive Assistant to SVP & Head of Development (Chemical, Clinical and Formulations) at Syngene International Limited from January 2018 to April 2020.

During their time at Syngene, Manu was responsible for managing relationships with Delivery heads (8), Business Development team and Executive committee. Manu also maintained office systems, including data/correspondence management + archiving, Itinerary and calendar management. In addition, Manu assisted in the preparation of reports and presentations for Monthly reviews and Quarterly Board meetings and other special projects, as delegated.

Other notable achievements during Manu's time at Syngene include creating and implementing SOPs for Client visits and Finance and SCM, as well as designing and implementing a customer service tracker for efficient and effective tracking of customer issues/complaints.
