Simon Guerrier

Simon Guerrier has extensive experience in technical support and management roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Product Support Manager at Postman since October 2024 and as a Mentor at Plato since December 2023, Simon previously held various positions at Datadog from April 2018 to November 2024, culminating in the role of Senior Manager, Technical Escalations in Global Support Engineering. In this capacity, Simon managed teams of Managers and Technical Escalation Engineers, focusing on advanced product support. Simon's career also includes experiences as an Escalation Engineer at Criteo and a Gameplay Developer at Lightbulb Crew, as well as a Developer at Atos.
