Peter Bailey

Peter Bailey is a seasoned freelance features writer with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently a copy editor at The Ottawa Citizen and an editor at Postmedia, Peter has also held significant editorial roles at The Standard, where responsibilities included serving as editorial page editor and coaching citizen columnists. Prior experience as a copy editor at the Toronto Star involved editing across various editorial departments. Since July 1982, Peter has operated as a freelance writer for numerous magazines and newspapers. Education completed at Parkside High School.
