Guus Welling

Guus Welling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and product management, currently serving as a Product Owner at PostNL since August 2016. Previously, Guus held multiple roles at PostNL from October 2009 to June 2016, including Adviser in Business Technology, responsible for the development of IT application functionalities in an Agile environment, and Adviser in Process Optimization, where project management from design to implementation was key. Guus also contributed to the Lean concept as an Adviser in Steering and Accountability, and managed daily operations as a Location Manager overseeing a team of 40 personnel. Prior to PostNL, Guus worked as a Team Coordinator in Logistics at Middelkoop Logistiek and as a Team Leader in Logistics at Solar A/S. Educational qualifications include a HBO in Middle Management from ISBW Hogeschool and an MBO in Logistics and Supply Chain from Rijn en IJsselcollege A12.
