Jo Smeets

Jo Smeets has extensive experience in process and chain optimization, currently serving as Manager of Business Process Consultancy at PostNL since January 2012. This role involves providing advisory services aimed at optimizing processes across procurement, order management, hiring, and accounting. Additionally, Jo is the Manager of Competence Center Regie PostNL, overseeing the process and chain architecture of four back-office chains. Prior experience includes positions at TNT as Manager Order to Cash, TPG as Manager Sales Support, and various managerial roles at PTT Post, culminating in leadership positions from 1977 to 1996. Jo holds a Master of Science in International Economics from Tilburg University.
