Joanne Kuo

Joanne Kuo is an experienced Senior Process & Information Analyst at PostNL, with a focus on translating business requirements into IT solutions for projects related to cross-border logistics and supply chain operations since November 2018. Previously, Joanne held roles at Royal IHC as a Business Partner and Define Product Specialist, where responsibilities included defining functional requirements for Siemens PLM Teamcenter, and at Huisman Equipment B.V., serving as a Process Analyst and Business Process Management Specialist, establishing quality management systems and improving project efficiencies. Joanne's career began with engineering and design roles, including a position as a Mechanical Engineer at GRIZZLY ELEDYNA CORPORATION and a graduation internship focused on protective gear design. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
