Kitty Kroese has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as a Logistiek Accountmanager at PostNL since May 2011. In this role, Kitty is responsible for documenting customer service processes, including creating a dialogue manager for efficient query handling and developing clear instructions for the transport system.
