Lex Weijsman has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Lex started their career at Directview BV as a Sales Manager from 1997 to 2001. Lex then joined TNT Post as a Sales Manager for the Zakelijke Markt from 2002 to 2006, before being promoted to Verkoop Directeur Zakelijke Markt until 2014. At TNT Post, they also served as the Sales Director Key Accounts from 2014 onwards. In 2011, Lex joined PostNL as a Sales Director Key Accountmanagement, where they have been responsible for managing the sales team, team account support, and advising B2B clients on marketing and communication strategies.
