Michel Tinga

Michel Tinga is an experienced IT professional specializing in compliance and information security. Currently serving as IT Compliance Officer at PostNL since June 2013, Michel coordinates IT compliance and conducts risk assessments for cloud service providers. Previous roles at PostNL include Information Security Coordinator for both Data & Document Management and Group IT from 2013 to 2014, as well as establishing information security management for Cendris through 2011. Michel's earlier experience includes roles as ICT Manager at Privver, where responsibilities included technical and people management, and Senior Consultant ICT at CSC Netherlands, where project management for key customers was a focus. Additionally, Michel served as Project Manager ICT at Rijkswaterstaat, overseeing significant system development projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and certifications such as CISA and CCSP.
