Michiel Kalis has extensive experience in logistics and fulfilment, currently serving as General Manager Fulfilment at PostNL since September 2009, where responsibilities include creating and implementing advanced mechanized fulfilment solutions. Previous roles at PostNL include Program Manager Fulfilment and Process & Information Analyst Logistic Solutions, focusing on business consultancy and process innovation.
