Nikaj van Hermon

Nikaj van Hermon is a real estate expert with extensive experience in corporate real estate, specializing in redeveloping properties and developing sustainable real estate solutions. Nikaj has held various roles, including Project Manager and Senior Consultant at TNT, and as a member and chair of the Green Business Club Beatrixkwartier, where they collaborated on sustainability initiatives. Currently, Nikaj serves as Directeur Inkoop & Services at PostNL, overseeing procurement, real estate, and facilities management. They possess a Master’s degree in System Engineering & Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology and a Master of Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
