Nils Mol has extensive experience in accounting and financial control, currently serving as Manager Accounting & Financial Control for PostNL Cross Border Solutions since November 2013, where involvement includes leadership in internal control and accounting functions. As the Owner of Talpa Advies & Management B.V. since January 2002, Nils has provided advisory services. Previous roles include Manager Accounting at Spring Global Mail, where significant contributions were made to financial expertise and project management, as well as serving as a partner and CFO for Melrose Security and Warsage Estates B.V. Educational background includes studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
