Phil van Dulm is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile consultant with a diverse background in facilitating Agile methodologies across various organizations. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Schiphol since November 2023 and at PostNL since February 2021 as Scrum Master for Customer Journey Factory Teams, Phil has also owned PvD Agile Consultancy since April 2016. Previous roles include Scrum Master at Snappet NL and ANWB, where responsibilities included conducting Scrum events and team building activities. Additional experience encompasses interim Agile coaching, training workshops for Scrum roles, and facilitating Agile practices within multiple companies. Phil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has a foundational background in Technische Informatica.
