Pratik Rawal

Pratik Rawal currently serves as the Head of the CSRD Program at PostNL, responsible for embedding CSRD as a strategic change management framework. Prior to this, Pratik was the ESG Strategy Lead, where responsibilities included developing and launching a comprehensive ESG strategy and co-authoring key procurement and policy documents. Previously at Capgemini, positions included Sustainability Lead and Managing Consultant, focusing on customer engagement through sustainability initiatives and optimizing supply chain planning solutions. Early career experiences include consulting roles at various firms, including Tata Consultancy Services and Accenture, and academic involvement as an Assistant Professor. Pratik holds an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Nagpur University.
