Ralph van Hee

Ralph van Hee currently serves as the Business Controller Europe at PostNL, focusing on full P&L business control, and previously held the position of Business Controller Export at Spring Europe, where responsibilities included revenue, sales, pricing, margin development, and international customer care costs. Prior to that, Ralph was a Finance Associate at Pensioenfonds ING, providing finance and control support, and worked in audit roles at EY and PwC. Ralph gained experience in finance through an internship at CACEIS and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Accountancy & Control at the University of Amsterdam, which started in September 2022.
