Rick Brakenhoff

Rick Brakenhoff is an experienced manager with a substantial background in business support and process management. Currently serving as Manager Business Support at PostNL since November 2014, Rick leads a team responsible for information provision, system management, administration, and process documentation within the procurement and business support sectors. Previously held positions include Business Process Manager, SAP Security Manager, and Business Analyst at Facilicom, where Rick was involved in various projects related to administrative processes and system security. Rick's career began with a Management Traineeship at Facilicom, complemented by experiences in operational management and quality assurance in both Dutch and UK domains. Rick holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University.
