Roel Verlaan

Roel Verlaan is a Lean Agile Consultant at PostNL since May 2003, where responsibilities have included roles such as Business Implementation Manager, Functional Service Owner for Salesforce, and Changemanager/Trainer for the SKY project. With extensive experience in coaching, training, and developing educational programs for employees and management, Roel has contributed significantly to the organization's transition to Salesforce as a CRM system. Previous experience includes a role as Projectmedewerker at PTT Post and leadership of a telesales team as Interim Manager for the Business Interaction Center Groningen. Roel's educational background includes a Master Practitioner degree in Neuro Linguistic Programming from NTI NLP Limmen and multiple coaching certifications.
