Rolf Eefting, MBA, is a Manager in process and change management at PostNL and a certified LEAN Blackbelt. They have over 15 years of experience in driving improvements in processes and organizations, having held various roles including department manager and senior project manager. Rolf currently serves as a client and coach for the HBO Finance & IT program at Hanzehogeschool Groningen, while previously managing Billing & Accounts Receivable at PostNL. With a strong focus on project management, digitalization, and data analytics, Rolf is committed to enhancing operational efficiencies within organizations.
