Roy Rachman

Roy Rachman is an experienced program and operations manager with a career spanning over three decades in logistics and e-commerce. Currently serving as Programma Manager Logistiek at PostNL since April 2009, Roy has led projects at the Board and Directors level, focusing on change management and business development. Previous roles at PostNL include Director of Supply Chain & Klantmanagement, overseeing e-commerce services for retailers, and Director eCommerce Operations, emphasizing operational development and partner management. Roy has also held significant positions at Cendris Campaign and DocVision, where responsibilities included restructuring business models and managing key accounts. Roy's foundational experience includes working in account management and military service with the Ministry of Defence.
