Sandra Janssen

Sandra Janssen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within the logistics and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as a People Manager at BIT E-commerce since April 2024, Sandra also operates Coachen met Impact as the owner since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Sandra held significant positions at PostNL, including Project Manager for Cross Border Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed leading strategic projects with a national and international scope. Previously, Sandra has worked in process implementation, supply chain engineering, and sales, contributing to various projects and relationship management efforts. Academically, Sandra holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has completed various professional certifications, including Disc Trainer and Agile Coach.
